We hope that agents, user groups, vendors and companies will use this site to update themselves on the event as well as ask questions. I hate to admit this but, since this is the 21st Great Lakes Automation Day – I’m pretty sure, I’ve been to all of them! I just had my 25th anniversary with Hetrick and Associates, and we’ve alway been a supporter and attendee of GLAD. It’s great to get together with other Michigan Agencies to network about insurance trends in our state and what other agencies are using for technology. I always come back with something new for our agency. I highly suggest attending this great forum.
